Q: Do we accept returns?

A: Here’s the deal, folks: Once you snag some gear, it’s yours for keeps—no returns, no refunds, no swapping sizes. We don’t do buyer’s remorse, and we definitely ain’t your closet swap shop. Check those size charts and read the descriptions before you hit that order button. Measure twice, ride forever.

 

Q: Where the heck is my order?

A: We hear you. Sometimes we ship fast, sometimes the road’s a bit bumpy. You’ll get a tracking number when it’s out of our hands. Once it’s with the shipping folks, they’re in charge – so if USPS, FedEx, or whoever’s handling it drops the ball, feel free to reach out to them with your frustrations. If it’s really gone off the rails, let us know, and we’ll see what we can do.

 

Q: How long does shipping usually take?

A: We’re a lean, mean, operation, working as fast as we can. Some days we’re quick, some days things take a little longer, but we’re always on it. Think of it as part of the adventure. Trust us – we want you in your gear as much as you do.

  

Q: What if my item is jacked up when it arrives?

A: Got a busted-up item or something that ain't right? You’ve got 7 days from when that package lands on your doorstep to let us know. If your gear shows up looking like it lost a bar fight, hit us up kirk@baggernomad.com and we’ll sort it out. Don’t sit on it—act fast!

 

Q: Where can I complain about my order?

A: Right here! Just remember, we’re human too – let’s keep it friendly, and we’ll do what we can to help. Be cool, and we’ll be cool right back.
